Xolo launched its first Smartphone under sub brand Black in July this year, now the home grown brand has announced an updated version featuring bigger RAM and more internal storage. The Xolo Black with 3GB RAM will be exclusively available via Snapdeal for Rs. 11,999 and registrations for the first flash to be held on 29th December 2015 have already started.
The XOLO BLACK has a 5.5-inch full HD IPS display with 1920×1020 pixel resolution; a layer of corning Gorilla glass 3 protection and it is based on (OGS) One Glass Solution technology. The phone employs a 1.5GHz Octa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor assisted by 3GB of RAM and Adreno 405 GPU.
The black comes with 16GB on internal storage that is further expandable to 32GB via Micro SD card. The Smartphone utilizes the brand’s HIVE Atlas UI based on Android Lollipop OS. It bears a dual camera set up at rear consisting 13+2MP units with 5-element lens, 3-element lens, f/2.4 aperture. There is also a decent 5MP Selfie camera at front. The duo camera units feature Ubifocus, chromaflash for natural pictures and optizoom for more zoom.
The Xolo Black features 4G LTE connectivity with support to FDD-LTE Band 3 (1800MHz) and TDD-LTE Band 40 (2300MHz) along with other connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS, Micro USB 2.0, 3G HSPA+ and USB OTG.
The device is fuelled by 3200mah battery with 1.0 quick charge technology which can charge 50 percent battery in one hour.
