The Chinese Tech giant ‘Xiaomi’ to schedule a big event on 23 April 2015 at Siri Fort auditorium, Asiad village complex, New Delhi where company is likely to launch its new Smartphone. Xiaomi has announced it with a tweet which reads as “I IS COMING” and a teaser image.
The tweet has a link which redirects user to Mi’s site and ask user to register for the event dubbed as ‘Mi phone premiere in New Delhi on 23 April’. A user can register for event at Mi.com with personal details and if you are a lucky winner then you will get a chance to have an exclusive session with Hugo Barra.
According to Xiaomi India’s website Global Vice president Hugo Barra will also be attending the event along with Xiaomi CEO and Co-founder Lei Jun and President Bin Lin, so we can expect something big.
It is also possible that Xiaomi might launch Mi note and Mi note Pro in India on 23 April and company may also launch Mi Box Mini, Mi TV 2 and Mi box. Both Mi note and Mi note Pro sports a 5.7inch screen with former offers 1080p display with 2.3GHz quad core processor along with 3GB RAM while the latter one has a QHD screen with 4GB RAM and Octa Core Snapdragon 810 Processor.
Xiaomi has also announced that it will start selling phones on Snapdeal and Amazon; the company will not be selling its phones exclusively on Flipkart anymore.
