Vivo today has launched two new high end Smartphones- V3 and V3 max in India, priced at Rs. 17,890 and Rs. 23,890 respectively. Vivo also announced Mr. Ranveer Singh as its brand ambassador. Both the Smartphones sport similar design with metallic frame and Fingerprint sensor which according to brand can unlock the device in just 0.2 seconds. Both also have a unique feature called Spilt screen that let users to chat and see videos simultaneously.
Vivo V3:
Starting with Vivo V3 first, that has a 5 inch HD display with 1280*720 pixels of display resolution. It is backed by an Octa Core Snapdragon 616 processor flanked by meaty 3GB RAM and Adreno 405 GPU. On the memory front, it boasts 32GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 128GB using a Micro SD card.
The Dual SIM device offers a 13 Megapixel camera at rear with LED flash and PDAF while front is equipped with an 8MP snapper to ensure great quality of photos. It runs on Funtouch OS based Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. It offers standard connectivity options such as 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 3G HSPA+, bluetooth 4.1, GPS, FM radio. A 2550mah battery completes the package.
Vivo V3 Max:
Vivo V3 max comes with 5.5 inch full HD display with 1920*1020 pixels resolution, 2.5D curved Corning gorilla glass protection. It runs on Snapdragon 652 processor with Adreno 510 GPU and 4GB of RAM. It is backed by a 3000mah battery. Rest of the specs is similar to V3 such as connectivity, camera or operation system.
Considering the specifications, competition and popularity of the brand, prices seem to be higher.
