Swipe has launched its affordable device named Konnect 5.1 in India with a pocket friendly price tag of Rs. 3999. Swipe says it is a limited edition and will available in black color with Sandstone finish at rear seen on OnePlus devices. The device is available exclusively via Snapdeal.
Coming to the core part which is specifications, it flaunts a 5 inch FWVGA display with 854×480 resolution and 225ppi pixel display. Inside, it gets a 1.2GHz Quad core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. For storage, it packs with 8GB of internal storage which is further extendable up to 32GB using a Micro SD card.
On the OS front, it runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat which is a rare sight nowadays although it is upgradable to Android 5.1 Lollipop. Measuring at 144x73x9.8mm, it weighs 156 grams. For imaging, it bears 8MP of rear camera with LED flash and a 3.2MP front facing camera for Selfies.
In terms of connectivity, it misses out on 4G LTE but does support Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, GPS, bluetooth 4.0, 3G, FM radio, Micro USB 2.0 and 3.5mm audio jack. A3000mah battery keeps the phone running which can deliver up to 15 hours of talktime and 200 hours of standby time of 3G network.
