After announcing the A5 and A7 in December last year, Samsung has finally launched the duo in India. Both the devices are priced at Rs. 29,400 and 33,400 respectively and will be available to buy from 15th February 2016 via Snapdeal and other offline retailers. Samsung has also tied up with the Airtel to provide 30GB of data over six months. The 2016 version of Samsung A5 and A7 are offered black, gold, white and Rose fold color options.
For memory, they come with 16GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 128GB using Micro SD card. The A5 supports 4G LTE, bluetooth 4.1, USB 2.0, NFC, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n. Measuring 144.8 x 71.0 x 7.3mm, the Smartphone gets fingerprint scanner and fuelled by 2900mah battery which supports fast charging. It flaunts a 5.2 inch FHD Super AMOLED display and has 2GB of RAM.
On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy A7 comes with bigger 5.5 inch FHD Super AMOLED display, meaty 3GB of RAM and better battery of 3300mah with fast charging support. It weighs 172 grams and also sports a fingerprint scanner and comes with same connectivity options. Samsung might launch A3 and Galaxy Tab Pro S in the second quarter of this year.
