OPPO, company which is known for its selfie centered phones has launched its new smartphone R11s plus with dual cameras as an upgraded version of OPPO R11s at an event in China. The primary point of the phone is its 20-megapixel front camera which is designed to capture the best selfie. OPPO R11s plus comes in champagne Gold and black colors. The phone will go on sale from November 24th in China with the price tag of 3699 yuan (Rs. 36, 190 approx).
As per the specifications, OPPO R11s plus has a 6.43 inch full HD AMOLED display and is powered by Octa Core Snapgradon 6600 14nm Mobile platform with Adreno 512 GPU. The device offers a 6 GB RAM with 64 GB internal memory which is expandable up to 256 GB via microSD card. The phone has a Hybrid Dual SIM slot and runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) with colorOS 3.2.
Moving on to the camera section which is the USP of the phone, it features a 16-megapixel dual-tone LED flash rear camera, a secondary 20-megapixel camera with a 20-megapixel front facing with f/2.0 aperture, 5P lens. The cameras come with A.I beauty recognition technology for intelligent analysis of age, skin color and sex and many more features. The front camera has a facial recognition feature and takes only 0.08 seconds to unlock the phone.
On the connectivity part, the phone has WiFi, 4G VoLTE, GPS + GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.2 and USB type-C. The phone has a powerful battery of 4000mAh battery with VOOC flash that promises to charge 2 hours of talk time within 5 minutes of charging.
