Oppo has launched a new budgeted Smartphone named as Joy 3 at a price of Rs. 7990. The Smartphone was announced in June 2015 when it was listed on the company’s official website. Besides India the new device will also be available in various other countries including Europe, Africa, America and Europe.
Specifications are not so mouth watering as it is a budgeted Smartphone. The Oppo Joy 3 sports a 4.5 inch FWVGA IPS display with 480×854 of pixels resolution and 217ppi of pixel density. The device runs on Android Kitkat 4.4 with Color OS 2.0 UI on top.
Powering the Smartphone is a 1.3 GHz Mediatek MT6582M Quad core processor aided by 1GB of RAM and 4GB on in-built storage. It also has an expandable memory slot; with the help of it a user can expand the memory up to 32GB using a Micro SD card.
The Oppo Joy features a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front snapper. It also comes with lengthy list of camera features such as double exposure, beauty feature, GIF audio photo, silver frame design and pure image 2.0+. Also included is the gesture control, just tap the screen to activate and slide up down to play/pause the music or draw a circle to access the camera directly.
The Dual Sim device supports 3G HSPA+, GPS, bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n as connectivity options. The device is backed by a 2000mah battery and weighs just 156 grams. The Oppo Joy 3 is available in Matte grey and classic white colors and it can be bought via Oppo stores and retail outlets.
