Nokia Company has announced its latest budget smart phone Nokia 2 at an event in India. The USP of the phone is its 4100 mAh battery which gives a 2 days battery life on a single full charge. The phone comes in Pewter white, Pewter black and Copper Black colors and will go on sale from mid of November. The price of the device is 99 Euros (Rs. 7465 approx.) but the price in India will be out near the launch of it.
Moving onto the specifications the phone has a 5 inch HD LTPS LCD in cell touch display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 display protection and is powered by 1.3 GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon mobile platform with Adreno 304 GPU. Nokia 2 runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) which is upgradable to Android 8.0 (oreo). On the storage part, the smart phone has 1 GB LPDDR3 RAM and 8 GB internal memory which is expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card.
In the camera department, the phone is equipped with an 8 Megapixel autofocus rear camera and a 5 Megapixel front camera. Nokia 2 is Dual SIM and splash proof with IP52 ratings. The connectivity options offered by the phone are 4G VoLTE, Wifi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1 and it is packed with a 4100 mAh battery. Talking about the design it has a 6000 series aluminum frame and a polycarbonate back.
