Intex has launched a new budget Smartphone at Rs. 5560 and will be available in blue, white and grey variants. But users have to wait for its availability as there is no information has been provided yet.
Intex Aqua has a 4.7 inch IPS display with 480×854 pixels of resolution and it is powered by 1.2 GHz dual core Mediatek (MT6572) processor with 512MB RAM and 4GB in built memory which is expandable up to 32GB via Micro SD Card.
Intex Aqua comes some pre-installed applications like clean master; ask me, Opera Mini, OLX, Intex Fun, Intex Market, Intex Play and Intex Zone.
This Dual Sim Smartphone runs on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat and it sports an 8 megapixel camera with dual LED flash and 2 megapixel front facing camera.
In terms of connectivity Aqua has 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro USB, hotspot and Bluetooth. Intex Aqua desire is powered by a 1700mah battery and weighs only 132 grams.
Intex has also launched Aqua Power HD phone with 5 inch HD display, powered by 1.2 GHz Octa core Mediatek processor 2GB RAM and 16GB in built memory which can be extended up to 32GB via SD card. Aqua Power HD will be available for purchase in India for Rs. 9444 INR.
In September 2014 Intex launched three budgeted Smart phones under ‘Star’ range- Star, Star HD and Star Power at the price of Rs. 6990, Rs. 7490, Rs. 8690 respectively.
Sanjay Kumar Kalirona, mobile business head at Intex Technologies, said, “An upgrade in the Aqua Power Range, the HD version comes with an enhanced screen, memory and camera to name a few features”.
