MWC 2018: Nokia 1 Android Go Smartphone Launched

Nokia 1 has been launched at the HMD global event in Barcelona ahead of MWC 2018. It is amongst the first Android Oreo (Go edition) smartphones to have been launched. The phone can use Xpress-on two-tone polycarbonate exchangeable covers, allowing users personalize the look of their devices and the covers will be available in Azure, Grey, Yellow and Pink colour options. Specifications

The Nokia smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go edition) OS and gets a 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display. The device comes powered by 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737M SoC coupled with 1GB of LPDDR3 RAM. The connectivity option of the phone consists of 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, FM radio, Micro-USB, and 3.5mm audio jack. The device’s dimension measures 133.6×67.78×9.5mm.

Camera

For optics, the phone bears a 5-MP primary camera with an LED flash. On the front, it has a 2-MP fixed focus camera for selfies.
