Micromax has launched two new Smartphones in the Unite series- Canvas Unite 4 and Unite 4 pro priced at Rs. 6999 and 7499 respectively. The Unite 4 will be available via all leading offline stores while Unite 4 Pro is exclusive to Snapdeal. Both Smartphones run on Indus OS 2.0 and supports 12 regional languages with text to speech feature for 6 Indian languages.
Micromax Canvas Unite 4:
Micromax Canvas Unite 4 features a 5 inch HD display and powered by a 1 GHz Quad core Mediatek processor aided by 1GB of RAM. It has 8GB of internal storage and with support to Micro SD one can further expand the memory up to 32GB. It runs on latest version of operating system Android 6.0 marshmallow topped with Indus OS 2.0.
Camera options include an 8 MP rear camera and 5MP front facing camera with both having LED flash. Connectivity wise, it includes 4G LTE, bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 3.5mm audio jack and dual Sim. It is fuelled by a 2500mah battery which can deliver 20 hours of talktime and 281 hours of standby time.
Micromax Unite 4 pro:
The Pro has the same 5 inch HD display but occupies 1.3 GHz Quad core Spreadtrum processor aided by 2GB of RAM. It bears 16GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 32GB via a Micro SD card. Strangely, it runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 out of the box with Indus OS 2.0 though it will get Marshmallow update in few weeks.
Camera units, connectivity options are similar to Canvas Unite 4 while additionally it features fingerprint sensor and powered by a huge 3900mah battery which claims to provide 35 hours of talktime and 700 hours of standby time.
