Micromax today has silently launched a new Smartphone in the Spark series called Canvas Spark 3. Priced at Rs. 4999, it will be available on Snapdeal from April 7th 2016 via flash sale mode and registrations for the sale will begin from 1st April. The Spark 3 will be available in black color option only.
The Smartphone has a 5.5 inch HD IPS display with resolution of 1280×720 pixels and the screen is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla glass 3. Under the hood is a 1.3GHz quad core SC7731 processor clubbed with 1GB of RAM. It comes with 8GB of in-built storage out of which user gets 4.5GB free though it can be expanded up to 32GB using a Micro SD card.
It bears an 8 Megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash and for Selfie freak it features a 5MP front facing camera. The Dual SIM device runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 out of the box and boasts of 1.5CC box 2509 speakers at rear.
In terms of connectivity it sports 3G HSPA+, bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, GPS and FM radio while it misses out on LTE support. The handset is backed by a removable 2900mah battery which is rated to deliver 22hours of talktime and 280 hours of standby time on 3G networks. It also comes with pre-loaded apps such as Snapdeal, Hike, OLX, Monster truck Saga, temple paradise, clean master, CM locker, CM security, OXIGO cab, Opera Mini, Amazon, Scandid, Kindle etc.
