After the launch of Evok Dual Note last week Micromax has launched Canvas Infinity Smartphone in India today. USP of the phone is its 5.7-inch display with 18:9 screen ratio + 2.5D curved glass screen, which is similar to Samsung S8 & LG G6, according to the company the phone, has a full-vision screen. The phone has been launched with the price tag of Rs 9999/- It will be exclusively available on Amazon from 1st September and registrations for the same will begin from today. The phone comes only in black color. The company will also offer a 24 hour after sales service for Canvas infinity.
The phone features a 5.7 inch HD display, which is covered with gorilla screen for scratch resistance. Canvas Infinity runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) and the company announced that the device will upgrade to Android 8.0 (Oreo). The phone has 1.4GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 processor with 3GB RAM and Adreno 308 GPU. It offers an internal storage of 32GB which is expandable up to 128GB with micro SD card.
The other highlight of the phone is the 16 megapixel Front camera with LED flash, 5P lens and 1080p video recording and 13 megapixel rear camera with same features of the front camera, the camera offers a variety of effects which will give you an SLR picture experience. Canvas infinity has a powerful battery of 2900mAh which gives a standby time of 420 hours. The connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and GPS. Also, it comes with proximity, light, magnetic and accelerometer sensors.
When we look at the design of the phone it has a removable back cover and a fingerprint sensor and speakers at the back. It also has dual Sim slots with one more slot for microSD card. In the front, there are capacitive buttons, USB slot at the bottom and 3.5mm jack at the top edge.
