Micromax Canvas introduced Blaze 4G Q400 last month at Rs. 6999 and now its successor the Canvas Blaze 4G+ Q414 has been announced. The new device is listed on eBay as well as on company’s website, however specifications on the e commerce portal eBay doesn’t match with the official offerings.
Micromax Canvas Blaze 4G+ is expected to retail at Rs. 6199 and will be available in black color option only. Official launch the new device is expected very soon. The Canvas 4G+ flaunts the same 4.5 inch FWVGA IPS display with 854×480 pixels of screen resolution, it’s same display we have seen on its predecessor Canvas Blaze 4G. Fuelling the Smartphone is a 64 bit Quad core Mediatek MT6735M processor clocked at 1GHz and aided by Mali-T720GPU and 1GB of RAM.
There is 8GB on internal storage available on the device with a SD card slot for memory expansion up to32GB using a Micro SD card. The Handset now has an improved rear camera of 8 Megapixel with LED flash as compared to 5MP unit of the outgoing model. A 2MP front facing camera completes the package.
The USP of Canvas Blaze 4G+ is the 4G LTE connectivity with support to LTE bands (TDD B40 2300MHz and FDD B3 1800MHz) for India. The device runs on Android Lollipop OS out of the box. The battery capacity of the device has been reduced from 2000mah to 1750mah and the reason for which is not clear.
Besides 4G LTE support, it features 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, FM radio and 3.5mm audio jack as connectivity options.
