Lately we have been hearing about Micromax launching its new affordable Bharat series Smartphones with VoLTE. Reportedly, Bharat 2 is now found listed on Indian retailer website at Rs. 2999. However it is available with a Coming soon tag but we expect to be launched officially soon. Just to remind, Bharat 2 will be brand’s first ever device to be launched with VoLTE support and first Google approved Smartphone.
As per the listed specifications, the Smartphone flaunts a 4 inch FWVGA display with 800*480 pixels of screen resolution. Under the hood is a 1.3 GHz quad core Spreadtrum processor clubbed with 512MB RAM. It comes with 4GB of internal storage which can be further extended up to 32GB using a Micro SD card.
On the optics front, the device sports a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. Running Android Marshmallow 6.0, Bharat 2 is powered by a 1300mAh removable battery. Besides 4G VoLTE, it supports standard connectivity options such as dual SIM, bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n with hotspot, Micro USB port, FM radio and 3.5mm audio jack.
