After launching G4 couple months back LG has launched the metallic color variants of the Smartphone in India at Rs. 40,000. The new variants will be available in Gold and Titanium black colors. Though it was initially launched with Ceramic white and leather back but after a warm response from the buyers LG introduced the metallic variant of the same.
On specifications front, the metallic variants have similar specs seen on standard G4. So it continues to flaunt 5.5 inch IPS Quantum HD display with 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution and 534ppi of pixel density. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box with company’s new UX 4.0 on top. The IPS display is said to 25% brighter and has 20% better color accuracy.
Under the hood is a 1.8GHz Hexa core Snapdragon 808 processor supported by 3GB of RAM and Adreno 418 GPU. It is available with 32GB in-built storage which is further expandable via micro SD card slot up to 2TB.
On photography front, it comes with a 16 megapixel laser autofocus rear camera with f/1.8 lens and an 8MP front snapper. Both the units sport many features like OIS, jitter free photos etc. There is a non removable 3000mah battery to keep things running in LG G4.
LG G4 supports dual SIM, 4G LTE, bluetooth 4.1 LE (APT-X, WI-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, GPS, GLONASS as connectivity options.
