The highly awaited Lenovo Vibe S1 has been launched in India with the price tag of Rs. 15,999. The USP of the Smartphone is its dual front cameras along with a stunning design making it an attractive prospect among the buyers. The first ever handset with dual front cameras will be exclusively sold via Amazon India from today midnight in Champagne gold, Pearl white and Midnight blue colors.
At a first glance, Vibe S1 looks the best phone Lenovo has ever produced till now with great design architecture and curved glass back panel. It sports an aluminum frame which adds to the premium look of the device.
The handset flaunts a 5 inch full HD IPS LCD display with a 1920 x 1080 screen resolution resulting in a pixel density of 440ppi and it is protected with a layer of Corning gorilla Glass 3. The Phone is powered by a 1.7GHz Octa-core 64-bit Mediatek MT6752 processor aided by 3GB of RAM.
There’s 32GB of internal memory available on Vibe S1 which one can further expand up to 128GB using a micro SD card. The Lenovo Vibe S1 bears a 13 megapixel rear camera with phase detection auto focus (PDAF), dual tone LED flash and BSI sensor. As said earlier, the highlight is dual front camera configurations with one being 8MP and another 2MP unit.
The handset also comes with numerous photo editing tools such as Cut Out, which allows users to change the background of the image and Blur that allows refocusing anywhere on the Selfie.
In terms of connectivity, the device bundles with 4G LTE, 3G, Dual SIM with Hybrid functionality, bluetooth 4.0, dual band Wi-Fi, GPS and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n. It packs in with a 2500mah battery and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Vibe custom UI on top.
