Lenovo has launched yet another S series Smartphone ‘S60’ in India, priced at Rs. 12,999 INR. The phone will be available via company’s official thedostore along with Flipkart and Amazon starting today in Perl white, Laser Yellow and Graphite Grey colors.
The S60 comes with a 5 inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display and it is boosted by a 1.2 GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Processor with Adreno 306 GPU.
The Smartphone is boosted by 2GB RAM and 8GB internal storage of which 4.9GB is user available and the memory can be further expanded up to 32GB using a Micro SD card.
The S60 sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash that features Panorama, Scene detection, face recognition, geo-tagging, low light enhancement, burst shot, smile shot, HDR etc. S60 also has a 5 megapixel secondary camera with wide angle lens.
The Smartphone runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat with Vibe 2.0 UI which is upgradable to Lollipop 5.0 and it packs with a 2150mah battery which is rated to deliver 17 hours of talktime on 3G and stand by time up to 240 hours.
Connectivity features on Lenovo S60 are 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A GPS, Micro USB; sadly there is no 4G support on the handset despite of such high cost. The phone sports bunch of sensors such as ambient light sensor, accelerometer, proximity sensor, E-compass and magnetometer.
The Lenovo S60 comes with some pre-installed apps such as Shareit, SECUREit, SYNCit and Lenovo’s super camera software for Selfie enhancement and gesture control.
