Announced in November last year, the Lenovo Vibe X3 finally makes its way to India for the price of Rs. 19,999 which goes on sale from today via Amazon India in matte white color. The company has also introduced the youth edition of the device which is restricted to home turf China as of now and there is no news regarding its launch in India.
Coming to the specs, the new flagship sports a 5.5 inch HD IPS display with 1920 x1080 pixels resolution, 1500:1 contrast ratio, a Corning Gorilla glass 3 protection and supports 178 degree wide angle lens and 100 percent color gamut. The Vibe X3 is backed by Hexa Core Snapdragon 808 processor matched with 3GB RAM and Adreno 418 GPU.
To keep stuff it features 32GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 128GB via Micro SD card. It also packs in with 21MP rear camera featuring PDAF, dual tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and 4K video recording support. A meaty 8MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture completes the package. To further enhance the photography it some features such as the slow motion, pro mode, nightscape and Smart assist.
It also comes with Hybrid Dual Sim slot, fingerprint sensor placed below the rear camera, gesture controls, flip to sleep and tap to wake.
In terms of connectivity, it supports 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, NFC, GPS, USB OTG, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 3.5mm audio jack and IR blaster which allows users to play videos, movies on the TV set. It runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 out of the box draped under Lenovo’s Vibe UI on top and company claims that it is now lighter and faster than ever.
Lenovo is offering ANT VR and Skullcandy headsets which is available for Rs. 1299 respectively.
