Lenovo has launched two Smartphones in India- A5000 and P70 at Rs. 9999 and 15,999 respectively. Both the Smartphones are backed up by a 4000mah battery and runs of Android 4.4 Kitkat. Both the Smartphones are available in Lenovo India and Lenovo Do stores.
Let’s first talk about P70 which is powered by a 1.7GHz Octa core Mediatek processor coupled with 700 MHz Mali T760 GPU and 2GB of RAM.
Lenovo P70 sports a 5 inch HD display with 1280×720 of pixel resolution and has 16GB of in-built storage which can be expanded further up to 32GB via micro SD card. It also has a 13MP auto focus rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera.
P 70 runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat out of the box but Lenovo will provide Lollipop update in near future. The Smartphone comes with various connectivity options such as 4G/LTE, 3G, GPS/A-GPS, bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n.
P70 comes with bunch of pre-loaded apps such as Asphalt 8, real football 2015, Facebook, Wechat, Twitter, Skype and Twitter.
Lenovo A5000
The second launch of the day is Lenovo A5000 which also flaunts a 5inch HD IPS display but powered by a 1.3GHz quad core Mediatek MT6582 processor, comes with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory which can be expanded using a Micro SD card.
Moving to the camera, it comes with 8 megapixel auto focus primary rear camera and a 2MP front shooter. Moreover, on connectivity front, it supports dual Sim connectivity 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS and bluetooth 4.0.
Lenovo A5000 comes in black and white variants while P70 is available in midnight blue color only. Both the Smartphones backed up by a powerful 4000mah battery that offers 18 hours of talktime and 29 days of standby time.
