Lava has added a new in the form of X8 Smartphone which is powered by an Octa core processor along with 2GB RAM. The official Lava displays a large numeric 8 and saying “Get ready to go do more! Coming soon”. However Flipkart accidently listed X8 on its website but before anyone makes the fuss of this it was subsequently pulled out.
Lava Iris X8 will go sale exclusively on Flipkart from Monday at 12 PM IST and for Rs. 8999 INR.
Lava Iris X8 is a dual Sim Smartphone which sports a 5 inch HD IPS display protected with Asahi Dragon trail glass protection.
This Smartphone is powered by a 1.4GHz Octa Core Mediatek processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB in built storage which is expandable up to 32GB using a Micro SD card.
It runs on Android v4.4 Kitkat upgradable to 5.0 Android lollipop and it comes with a smart swap technology in which you don’t need to restart the device when you switch Sims on the go.
It features an 8 MP rear camera with dual LED flash, auto focus and 3 MP front facing camera. As far as connectivity is concerned it is equipped with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity and offers OTG support to transfer files through USB drive. It is packed with 2500mah battery and Lava is also giving a bundled flip cover with the handset.
The device measures 143.38×70.9×8.57 mm and weighs 160 gm and it will be available in Black and White colors.
The Lava Iris X8 will compete with Micromax Yu Yureka and Xiaomi Redmi note.
