Expanding its entry level portfolio, Intex technologies has launched another device called Aqua Strong 5.1 which comes with no astonishing features besides marshmallow OS. The Smartphone has been priced at Rs. 4999 and available in three colors- White, Champagne and Blue. It is one of the affordable Smartphones to support 4G VoLTE support but other than this Aqua strong 5.1 has nothing to cheer about.
It’s the basic Smartphone featuring 5 inch FWVGA display with just 196ppi of pixel density and 67 percent screen to body ratio with two finger touch point. The display is coated with a layer of Corning Gorilla glass 2. Under the hood is a Quad core Mediatek MT6753 processor clocked at 1.0 GHz clubbed with 1GB of RAM.
The in-built storage stands at 8GB and user only gets 4.64 GB for free if you need more storage then you can further expand it up to 32GB with a Micro SD card. It runs of the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operation system out of the box.
Coming to the cameras, it bears a 5 Megapixel fixed focus camera with dual LED flash and smile detection, panorama, voice capture and face beauty as support features. For Selfies, it has a 2MP sensor up front. Intex Aqua strong 5.1 measures 141.2 x 72.3 x 9.47 mm and weighs 150 grams.
Further, Aqua Strong 5.1 supports LTE, dual Sim with dual standby, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, bluetooth 4.0 LE, GPS, A-GPS, Micro USB 2.0, FM radio and 3.5mm audio jack for connectivity. A decent sized 2800mah battery completes the package which claims to offer up to 466 hours of standby time and up to 16 hours of talktime on 4G networks.
The Smartphone also features turbo download, emergency rescue and accelerometer sensor. As expected, Aqua strong also has some pre-loaded apps like Saavn, Clean master, Matrabhasha, Opera Mini, Online Software update and Opera max. Also, the Jio aficionados can enjoy free voice calling and unlimited data, as it’s a VoLTE supported device.
