The domestic Smartphone maker, Intex has expanded its Aqua series lineup by launching the Aqua ACE II. The device is priced at Rs. 8999 which is Rs. 3000 less than its predecessor Aqua Ace launched last year. It comes in white with Golden color shade and will be available via all the leading offline and online retail stores across the country.
In terms of specifications, the Aqua Ace II sports a 5 inch HD screen with 1280×720 pixels resolution, a pixel density of 294ppi and 80 percent screen body ratio. Under the hood is a quad Core Mediatek MT6735 64-bit processor clocked at 1.3GHz linked with a Mali-T720GPU and meaty 3GB of RAM.
For storage, it comes with 16GB of on board storage out of which user gets 12.2GB for usage though one can further extend the memory up to 32GB using a Micro SD card. The camera segment is taken care by an 8 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera.
The ACE II supports 4G LTE along with other connectivity options such as 3G HSPA+, bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, FM radio and 3.5mm audio jack. The handset has a special technology called MHL (Mobile high definition link) which let users mirror the Smartphone screen on TV via MHL cable. The Ace II is backed by a 3000mah battery while ACE had a 2300mah.
