The domestic Smartphone brand ‘iBall’ has launched a new device in Cobalt series ‘Cobalt 5.5F Youva’ at a price tag of Rs. 8999. The device is available via leading retail stores across India in blue color shade. The handset is loaded with quite useful features such as video eye control which plays and pause a video by analyzing user’s eye movements, in addition it offers Hot knot, smart controls, wake gestures, Mira Vision technology and 21 Indian languages read-write support.
It has a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with pixel density of 257ppi and 2.5D curved glass. It is powered by a dated 64-bit Quad Core processor clocked at 1GHz. The processor is supported by Mali-T720GPU and 2GB of RAM. There’s a 16GB internal memory on board which is further expandable up to 32GB using a Micro SD card.
The Cobalt 5.5F packs 8MP auto focus rear camera with LED flash which can be enhanced to 13MP using software upgrade. At front, there is 5MP camera which can deliver 8MP quality images with the help of software enhancement.
The hardware is backed by a 2600mah battery which can deliver up to 1 day of battery life with mixed usage. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. Alongside Dual Sim slot with both supporting 4G LTE, it also includes 3G HSPA+, bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Micro USB, FM Radio and USB OTG as connectivity options. The company introduced Andi 5.5H Weber with almost similar specs for Rs. 6499 in December last year.
