iBall has launched its new 4G smartphone: iBall Andi Sprinter 4G in India. According to reports, the launch price of the smartphone is Rs 7,099 but Amazon India is selling it for Rs 7,490 in its online selling portal.
The salient features of phone includes the presence of an IR sensor that allows it to be used as a universal remote which can easily control the devices such as home theatres, TVs , ACs etc. This smartphone features a 5-inch (854×480) display. The phone has 8 GB of in-built storage which is expandable up to 32 GB by means of a micro SD card. It is powered by a 1.0 GHz quad core 64-bit processor along with Mali-T720 GPU and RAM of 1GB.
The iBall Andi Sprinter 4G is accompanied with an 8 megapixel rear camera (LED flash) plus a 3.2 megapixel front cam. It has dual SIM with dual standby features. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and contains a 2,100 mAh non-removable battery in the same packet.
On the connectivity front, it has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, A-GPS, micro USB port, Bluetooth and FM Radio with recording. Also, it supports almost 21 regional languages, including Assamese, Konkani, Bodo, Kashmiri, Bengali, Maithili etc. It comes with Compass/Magnetometer, Accelerometer and Proximity apart from IR censor.
The iBall Andi Sprinter 4G is available in gold and wine colors variants.
At this price, the main competitors of iBall Andi Sprinter 4G in the market are Lenovo A6000 Plus, Asus Zenfone Go, Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime, Lenovo Vibe P1m and Samsung Galaxy J2 amid others.
