HTC today has launched a new mid range Smartphone named ‘Desire 626 Dual SIM’ at a price of Rs. 14,990. The device comes in two color shades- White birch and blue lagoon and will be available via major retailers across the country in the coming weeks. Last year, HTC launched the same device with Single SIM configuration and different specs in China.
It comes with a 5 inch HD IPS display with 720×1280 of pixels resolution and backed by a 1.7GHz Octa Core Mediatek MT6752 processor assisted by 2GB of RAM. It includes 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB using a Micro SD card. The Dual SIM runs on Android Lollipop 5.1.1 with HTC sense 6 UI on top.
For photography, it boasts a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 28mm lens, 1080p video recording, BSI sensor and f/2.2 aperture. A 5 megapixel front snapper featuring 34mm lens, BSI sensor completes the camera package. The handset weighs 138 grams and supports 4G LTE bands, Micro USB 2.0, bluetooth 4.0 with aptx, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, GPS with GLONASS as connectivity options. It bears accelerometer, ambient light, and magnetic sensor and a 2000mah battery keeps the phone running.
