Coolpad has launched their latest smartphone Cool Play 6 at an event in Dubai, the phone runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) and promises to update it to Android 8.0. The phone is priced at RS 14,999 and will be available from 4th September exclusively on Amazon in Gold and Black colours. Looking at the design it has a metal design and a fingerprint sensor at the back.
The phone has a 5.5 inch full HD display and is powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 653 with Mobile platform Adreno 510 GPU. The phone offers a 6 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage, it cannot be extended as there is no microSD expansion in the phone. The phone runs Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) with Journey UI.
Commenting on the camera specifications Cool Play 6 has a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual tone LED flash also phase detection autofocus and an 8-megapixel front camera with f/2.2 aperture. The connectivity options are 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, USB 2.0 Type-c and Bluetooth. The phone is packed with a 4000mAh battery that claims to offer up to 252 hours standby time. The weight of the phone is 175g.
