HMD Global, along with the new Nokia 5.1 and Nokia 3.1 phones has now introduced the company’s new device that is the Nokia 2.1. It is the successor of last year’s Nokia 2 that was launched earlier. The phone gets a polycarbonate back with rounded design, metallic accents, dual front-facing stereo speakers with 3D formed stainless steel detail. Specifications
The Nokia 2.1 packs 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display with anti-fingerprint coating. It will be powered by 1.4GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 Mobile Platform and will be mated to Adreno 308 GPU. The dual SIM phone is said to run on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition) OS that is up-gradable to Android P. The connectivity options of the phone are 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, dual speakers and GPS + GLONASS. Its dimension measures 153.7 x 77.7 x 9.35 mm.
Camera
For optics the phone gets 8MP auto-focus primary camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front-facing shooter for selfies.
Battery
The Nokia 2.1 will come backed by a 4100mAh battery.
Storage
The phone for storage will have 1GB LPDDR3 RAM with 8GB internal memory that is further expandable up to 128GB with micro SD card.
Color
The new Nokia 2.1 comes in Blue/Copper, Blue/Silver and Grey/Silver colors.
Price
The device will be priced at around 6999 INR same as the original Nokia 2.
