At an event in New York, Black Berry announced its latest new Smartphone KEY2 with a matte finish. The best part is it has a new feature of a Speed Key that lets you open apps by pressing the key and the letter assigned to the app.
Specifications
The BlackBerry KEY2 packs 4.5-inch (1620 x 1080 pixels) display with fingerprint sensor in space bar. It will be powered by Snapdragon 660 SoC and will be mated to Adreno 512 GPU. The dual SIM phone is said to run on Android 8.1 (Oreo). The connectivity options of the phone are 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 & 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS / GLONASS, NFC, USB 3.0 Type-C, 3.5mm audio jack, HD audio, FM Radio and Dual microphones. Its dimension measures 151.4×71.8×8.5mm.
Camera
The phone has 12MP back camera with dual-tone LED Flash, f/1.8 aperture and 12MP secondary rear camera with f/2.6 aperture. For the front camera the phone has 8MP.
Battery
The Blackberry KEY 2 will come backed by a 3360mAh battery.
Storage
The phone will have 6GB RAM with 64GB / 128GB internal storage expandable up to 2TB with micro SD card.
Color
The new BlackBerry KEY2 will come in Black and Silver colors.
Price
The device will be priced at around Rs. 43,520 approx and it’s shipping will start globally from next month.
