After AQUOS R2 Compact last year, Sharp has announced AQUOS R3 smartphone now. The smartphone will come with dual-notch design and front camera at the top of the display. The device sports a dual camera setup placed vertically in the top-left corner. It will also have a fingerprint sensor at the bottom. Check out other specifications of the phone below:
Sharp AQUOS R3 specifications:
The smartphone will feature a 6.2-inch Quad HD+ 19.5:9 IGZO LCD 2.5D curved glass display and will be powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 855 7nm mobile platform with Adreno 640 GPU. It will offer a dedicated Dual SIM and run on Android 9.0 (Pie). The device will have an in-display fingerprint sensor and a powerful 200mAh battery with fast charging and wireless charging as well. On the connectivity, it will offer features like dual 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5, USB Type-C and GPS+ GLONASS. The smartphone will also offer AI-based camera features like AI Live Story and AI Live Shutter.
Storage:
It will offer 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 512GB with microSD card.
Camera:
The smartphone will be equipped with a 12.2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash f/1.7 aperture, 78° wide-angle lens, OIS, 20-megapixel secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture, 125° ultra-wide lens and 16-megapixel front-facing the camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Price and color.
The SHARP AQUOS R3 will be available in Premium Black, Platinum White, Elegant Green, Pink Amethyst, and Luxury Red colors. The company is yet to announce its pricing.
