A new Smartphone company Tambo, has made its debut in Indian market with 3 new phones TA 2, TA 3 and TA 4 and six feature phones – S2440, S2430, A2400, P1850, A1810, and A1800 last month. Sudhir Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, Tambo, commented on the launch and said: We are delighted to launch Tambo in the handset market with our hero product, TA-3. We kept our target audience in mind while developing phones that are superior in quality, design, and engineering. Tambo TA 3 specifications:
The phone features a 4.95-inch (480 x 960 pixels) FWVGA+ 18:9 aspect ratio TN display and is powered by 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737M 64-bit processor with Mali-T720 GPU. It runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) and comes with a fingerprint sensor, face unlock and dual SIM feature. In the connectivity options, it offers 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi 802.11 and GPS. It packs a 2100 mAh battery and weighs 133g.
Storage:
The phone sports 1GB RAM and 16GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 64GB with microSD.
Camera:
The phone sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and 5-megapixel front facing the camera with LED flash.
Price and color:
The Tambo TA3 is available in Jet Black, Champagne, and Metallic Blue colors and comes with a price tag of INR 4,999 and will be available in across distributor channels in India. With the phone, the company is providing a service warranty of 200 days replacement along with a one year warranty of one-time screen replacement. It says that there are 600 service centers of the company in India and it aims to expand them to 1000 over the end of this year.
