Rumors have been pouring in about the launch of Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 5. Though there is no official announcement by the company, yet specifications have been leaking almost daily prior to its launch. The look of the smartphone was leaked earlier and this upcoming variant is the successor of Redmi Note 4 launched previously.
By looks, the new smartphone is expected to have a bezel-less screen. On a Chinese website named Weibo, the live images of the upcoming phone have been shared. The smartphone has gained much popularity after Note 4 became a rage, and this leak is interesting to see the speculations about the new variant. It is said that the phone si scheduled to launch on Valentine’s Day that is 14th February 2018 and here is what you can expect from the phone.

The specifications of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 are rumored to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor. The hardware of the upcoming smartphone is expected not to change much. However, the display is likely to have a makeover and as per the information leaked the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is projected to have a bezel-less display with 18:9 ratio. The phone is said to come with a 5:99-inch screen coupled with (2160×1080) Full HD+ resolution.
For optics, the upcoming Redmi Note 5 is expected to have a 12 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front-facing shooter. It is said to run on Android 7.1.2 (Nougat) OS. The leaked specifications show that like the previous Xiaomi Redmi phone, this too will have a massive battery. It is said to back a 4000 mAh battery.
