A Chinese Smartphone manufacturer, Lephone has announced the launch of W7 Smartphone in India at Rs. 4599. The entry level device supports 22 regional Indian languages Hindi, Bengali, Bodo, Assamese, Marathi, Nepali, Kashmiri, Telugu, Urdu, Oriya, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Tamil, and Maithili etc. The Smartphone also lets you use two accounts of social networking apps on the same device.
As for the specifications, it sports a 5-inch display bearing a screen resolution of 854*480 pixels and 2.5D curved glass on top. The device comes powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor clubbed with 1GB RAM and has 8GB of internal storage which can be further extended up to 32GB using a Micro SD card.
On optics front, it holds a 5MP autofocus rear snapper with an LED flash and a 2MP front snapper. In terms of connectivity, it offers dual Sim, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, USB OTG, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM radio. Sensors on Lephone W7 include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor. There is no information available regarding its battery capacity.
