Intex technologies, the owner of the IPL team Gujarat Lions has introduced a new Smartphone series range called a Lions series with the launch of Lions 3G. Designed for IPL lovers, the Smartphone was launched at the Hands of Suresh Raina along with other team members. The device comes in Champagne gold, grey and white colors and it is available to buy via Amazon India.
It sports a 5 inch HD IPS display bearing a screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels. The device is fuelled by a 1.2GHz Quad Core processor and paired with 1GB of RAM. It packs with 8GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 32GB using a Micro SD card.
On the imaging front, it has a 5 Megapixel rear camera along with 2MP of front snapper. Further, connectivity features on board are 3G HSPA+, Dual Sim, bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n with Hotspot feature, Micro USB, FM radio and 3.5mm audio jack. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.
The highlight of the device is massive 3500mah battery which claims to deliver a talktime of 6-8 hours and a standby time of 20 days. In addition it also has battery saver mode which boost up the battery by 50 percent. The Smartphone is packed with Gujarat Lions official app for live cricket updates along with plethora of pre-loaded apps Follo, Opera Mini, Clean Master, Intex Service, Hike messenger, Newshunt, Freecharge, Saavn and Matrabhasha with 21 regional languages support.
