OnePlus launched the flagship killer OnePlus 2 in July last year with only one 64GB variant for Rs. 24,999. However at that stage there were reports of it getting the 16 GB variant also but it didn’t happen. Recently, OnePlus has launched OnePlus X Smartphone with some mouthwatering specs and elegant design in the price bracket for Rs. 16,999 and 22,999 for Ceramic version.
Now, the 16GB version of OnePlus 2 has been launched in the country with the price of Rs. 22,999 and it comes with almost similar specs of the 64GB version except for the RAM. The new device is available on Amazon.in without any invite system.
Just to remind you, it has a 5.5inch full HD screen with Corning Gorilla glass protection and 1500:1 contrast ratio. It runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 based oxygen OS with an array of customization options. Under the hood is a 1.8GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 Processor assisted by 3GB RAM and Adreno 430 GPU.
The Premium Smartphone comes with 13MP laser auto focus rear camera featuring dual LED flash, 1.3um pixels, f/2.0 aperture, 4K video recording and OIS. Front is equipped with a 5MP front snapper. Other notable features include a fingerprint sensor placed below the rear camera, USB Type C port and hefty 3300mah battery.
For connectivity, the dual SIM device offers 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi direct, bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, and GPS. The Smartphone is yet to receive Android Marshmallow update though it received Oxygen 2.2 update to rectify bugs.
