Few Weeks back Samsung has unveiled its budget Smartphone J1 which is now all set to be launched in India from tomorrow i.e. 11th February 2015 with some exciting offers. Today e commerce site Amazon India has confirmed that they will be releasing Samsung Galaxy J1 on Wednesday for Rs. 7190 with some gift vouchers.
Samsung Galaxy J1 sports a 4.3 inch WVGA display and powered by 1.2GHz Cortex A7 dual core processor and 512MB RAM, 4GB internal memory which is expandable to 64GB via Micro SD Card.
This Smartphone also features dual Sim slots, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and bluetooth 4.0, FM radio with RDS. Samsung Galaxy J1 is 8.9mm thick and weights 122 grams.
On camera front it has a 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and 2MP front facing camera. Galaxy J1 runs on 1850mah battery with ultra power saving mode.
Samsung will launch this Smartphone in white, blue and Black colors at Rs. 7190 INR and as far as competition is concerned there are better alternatives available even at lesser price. It will compete with Moto E (1st GEN), Microsoft Lumia 435, Lenovo A 6000 and Asus Zenfone 4 and 5. As far as specifications are concerned it doesn’t look promising at all.
